Prior to confirming your appointment with Matterport Capture Services, we ensure complete transparency and control over the pricing. The cost of capturing a property is determined and presented to you in advance, ensuring that you are always well-informed. The price for a Capture Services job is influenced by two key factors:

1. Property size (in square feet or square meters): Larger properties incur a higher price due to increased scanning requirements.

2. Location: The price is adjusted based on the varying labor costs across different major markets.

Since the expertise and labor costs of highly skilled professionals differ across locations, and each space has its unique size, our pricing structure ensures a closer alignment with the realities of property size and location. This approach enables us to provide you with the most competitive price tailored to your specific market.

Capture Services On Demand supports single properties up to 62,500 sq feet (Pro3) or 30,000 sq ft (Pro2). If you have a larger property to scan

The time required for the Matterport Capture Services depends on the size of the space. Generally, smaller properties can be scanned within 4 to 8 hours. After the capture technician completes the scanning process, it takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for the model to be processed and uploaded into your account. However, please note that exceptionally large models, exceeding 10,000 square feet, may require additional processing time. When you provide the details of your property, we offer an estimated timeframe for the completion of the capture, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Once a Capture Services technician finishes the assigned job, they will update its status as “complete” within the platform. This marking indicates that the task has been successfully fulfilled. As a result, the space will be automatically transferred to you, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate access to the captured data.

When the model is ready, you will be notified by email 

Scanned Spaces provides hosting for your scans for a duration of 6 months. If you require an extended hosting period beyond the initial 6 months, you have the option to prolong it for £49 per year. This allows you to continue accessing and utilizing the hosted scan beyond the initial timeframe, ensuring ongoing availability and convenience for your needs.

Once the scans are processed by Matterport, you can instantly view them, typically within 24 hours. This quick turnaround allows you to promptly access and explore the 3D showcase of the scanned space. However, if you request additional features such as Mattertags or other edits to the model, it may require additional time for editing and customization. Rest assured, we are committed to working closely with you to meet your desired timelines and ensure that any requested enhancements are incorporated seamlessly.
